If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an Account, access, or use the pk24 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money service on pk24. pk24 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to pk24's satisfaction, the Account may be suspended and any balance held may be withheld pending verification or returned to the funding source.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pk24. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers by the same individual — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances derived from bonus activity.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pk24 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk24 does not warrant that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. Players are responsible for their own compliance with applicable local laws.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). pk24 may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC, passport) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk24 Account login credentials. pk24 will not ask for your password at any time. You must notify pk24 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.2 Shared Devices. If you access pk24 from a shared device, you must log out of your Account after each session. pk24 accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to log out of a shared device.
4.3 Account Currency. All pk24 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions, balances, bet amounts, and winnings are all displayed and processed in PKR.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. pk24 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, provided reasonable advance notice is given to the Player via their registered email address or mobile number.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk24 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 300. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. pk24 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawals submitted during standard processing hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes of processing approval during normal operating hours.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. pk24 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure required under international licensing obligations.
5.5 Platform Fees. pk24 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Pakistani payment methods. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment service provider.
5.6 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus activity are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money balance not subject to bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard identity verification procedures.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on pk24 are governed by the pk24 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference and are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a sportsbook-specific matter, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail.
6.2 Casino & Live Casino. Casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing arcade titles) are supplied by third-party certified gaming providers. The rules of each game, including minimum and maximum bets, are set by the game supplier and displayed within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are embedded in the certified game software and are not controlled or adjusted by pk24.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pk24. pk24 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, decline any bet, or restrict the markets available to any individual Player without obligation to provide reasons.
6.4 Obvious Errors. pk24 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted as a result of a clear and obvious error in the displayed odds, game interface, or system — including pricing errors and technical faults — regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time the bet was placed.
6.5 Bet Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the pk24 system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except in circumstances where the specific product rules expressly permit bet cancellation (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by pk24 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any promotion before opting in or claiming the bonus.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotional terms. Progress towards Wagering Requirements may be tracked in the player's account section.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per device, per payment method, and per IP address.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. pk24 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities that pk24 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, wagering patterns that exploit low-risk combinations to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated activity with other Players — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
7.5 Amendment and Withdrawal of Bonuses. pk24 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player's bonus is active and subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement, pk24 will notify the Player via their registered contact details.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk24 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
pk24 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily suspended during review. pk24's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
9.1 pk24 Intellectual Property. All content on the pk24 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of pk24 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pk24 name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks of pk24.
9.2 Limited Licence. pk24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, or reproduce Platform content for any purpose other than personal viewing.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pk24 intellectual property without the prior written consent of pk24. Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
pk24's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the pk24 Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the pk24 Privacy Policy.
pk24 collects personal data — including name, date of birth, contact details, CNIC number, payment information, and gameplay data — as necessary to operate the Platform, verify identity, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and provide customer support. 11.1 The pk24 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk24 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from: (a) technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to service; (b) delays in payment processing; (c) errors in odds or game displays subsequently corrected under Section 6.4; or (d) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.4 Gambling involves financial risk. Participation in gaming and betting activities on pk24 is at your own risk. pk24 does not guarantee that you will win and accepts no liability for losses incurred in the course of legitimate gaming activity.

12.2 Players who identify signs of problematic gambling behaviour are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately. Self-exclusion can be activated by accessing account settings or by requesting immediate activation via 24/7 live chat support.
12.3 pk24 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification is mandatory and conducted at registration. Where pk24 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately and any balance will be returned to the funding source minus any bonus-derived winnings.

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their pk24 Account at any time by contacting pk24 support via live chat or by submitting a written closure request to the support email. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's most recently used payment method following standard KYC verification.
13.2 pk24-Initiated Suspension. pk24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is subject to fraud investigation; (c) the Player's account poses a risk of money laundering or financial crime; or (d) continued operation of the Account would expose pk24 to reputational, legal, or regulatory risk.
13.3 Balance Handling on Closure. Where an Account is closed by pk24 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from bonus activity or identified as connected to prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to a breach may be returned to the Player's funding source subject to standard verification requirements and applicable legal obligations.
14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a pk24 bet settlement, account decision, bonus outcome, or any other Platform matter, you should first contact pk24 customer support via 24/7 live chat or the support email address provided in Section 17. pk24 targets a first response within 24 hours and resolution of standard disputes within 5 business days.
14.2 All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
14.3 pk24's decision on a dispute, communicated in writing following the internal review process, is final and binding, subject only to the escalation rights available under the applicable international licensing framework.
14.4 This dispute resolution clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
pk24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, or via the Player's registered email address or mobile number, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the pk24 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk24's international online gaming license is issued. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pk24 Platform, to the extent that such consent is compatible with any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.
